Preparing for your FAA medical exam:

  • Register for an FAA MedXPress account, bring your confirmation number, and get your MedXPress code here
  • Hydrate in the 24 hours before your appointment
  • Avoid excesses of caffeine, sodium, and sugar
  • Bring a picture ID
  • Bring your eyeglasses or contact lenses (case and solution) to the exam
  • Bring documentation for any special issuance from the FAA including PI number
